When I started my career in real estate it was the closest I have felt to being alone in understanding what I needed to do. Some days I still feel this way. I had my mentor and that’s pretty much it.
When it came to having a sounding board or someone to provide insight into next steps, best practices, how to generate leads and really just about any other topic I could easily find my self lost in a moment’s notice. When defining what success should look like as a Realtor I heavily relied on my mentor’s wisdom and expertise. Reflecting on that has allowed me the time to comprise a path to pay it forward.
